Two months later and Two orders later, still no pictures. Quite possibly the worst experience I've had with school photography. Office staff very nice, but incredibly inefficient.

My daughters daycare used this company for their spring pictures and every child in the class brought home a picture but mine. The photographer argued with the teacher that they took her picture when she knew they didn’t! That’s the teachers job, let her do her job and you do yours. Simply take the pictures. So now I’m waiting on a phone call that I’m sure I’ll never get on how they will make it right. Very disappointed

As a former yearbook staffer at FCHS in Winchester, TN, I am appalled and disappointed in the services provided by School Days photography. Their lack of customer service combined with horrific quality images has halted the production of our yearbook SIGNIFICANTLY. School Days on numerous occasions failed to provide us with the images they had taken of our students and staff, and have still to this day failed to distribute photos to those who have ordered them. In addition, the quality of many of the photos is HORRENDOUS. Over exposed, extremely bright, blurry, and even portraits of students HIPS instead of their faces. If any administrator or yearbook advisor is planning on using school days photography, under no circumstances even begin to consider them.

If I could give 0 stars on this I would. My daughter’s daycare used this company for their school pictures and it has been over a month since I ordered and have not gotten her pictures. After calling, more than once they had the address wrong even after I confirmed the correct address over the phone. And they sent pictures of my 18 month old to some random person in the country.

I was upset cause I did not receive all my photos. We reached out and today I recieved the rest in the mail. Thank you school days for making it right. They are beautiful memories.

I wish the schools would use Lifetouch or somewhere else besides school days. I’ve never had a decent photo from these guys. Normally her school will rotate between school days and Lifetouch but they exclusively used school days this year so I can’t even get one set of school pics because they are awful. Hands down the worst photo company around.

Have been getting school pictures from them for the last several years. They are ok. Very tired of the same backgrounds! I wish the school would use someone else. Our pictures look the exact same every year. Almost the same pose and very limited on backgrounds. My other child's school is completely different. So I know it can be done!
