I have bought several products from Wood Turners Wonders, including a grinder for sharpening, their Kodiak sharpening system, CBN wheels, air powered sanders, and accessories for my lathe. I have found the quality of everything they sell to be top notch. However, the most impressive thing I have found about this company is the service after the sale. I ordered an accessory for my lathe 10 months ago when I ordered my lathe from another company. Unfortunately, delivery of my lathe was delayed these 10 months due to supply chain issues. Because of this, I hadn't installed the accessory I ordered from Wood Turners Wonders until just this week. I ran into a problem attaching the included handle to the accessory, as the threads on the bolt weren't lining up. I email Wood Turners Wonders and within one day they shipped me a brand new product with free shipping and return shipping for the old product. I only asked for a new handle. They sent me a whole new product. Very fast, very courteous, great service.

I ordered the Tornado waterless CBN wheel for my Tormek T8. Let me say that Wood Turners Wonders (WTW) has a solid product that rivals the more expensive diamond stones that Tormek sells. Being waterless helps because I don't have to purchase an corrosion inhibitor. It cuts fast and clean, I have no problems with the wheel.

Last year I bought a Spartan 10" wheel (600 grit) for fast material removal. Before my wheel even arrived Ken and his staff had emailed me about a potential defect. When the wheel arrived I went and inspected, took photos, sent it to Ken and his people for a feedback. A year later, when I took it out of its foam insert the nylon wheel delaminated and there were areas that had bulged. I sent photos to Ken and he remediated the situation and sent me a warranty replacement.

WTW has great customer service and a wonderful staff. I didn't think I would get an email from Ken but he's proactive and loves what he does and stands behind his product. I love my Tormek T8 and use it for sharpening my kitchen knives, plane blades, and chisels. I love that Ken's CBN wheels are available for the Tormek. But moreover it's hard to beat WTW's customer service. I'll be adding to my Tormek collection of wheels and I'll be coming back to WTW for them.

The CBN wheels are top quality products and their customer service is second to none. I’m thinking of ordering a second sharpening station with two more wheels of differing grits because I know they’ll last, they’ll back up their products and I’m now passionate about sharpening tools. 100% recommended!

Second-to-none customer service! I have purchased a Rikon grinder setup with CBN wheels and the Kodiak grinder sharpening system. I've also purchased some items for sanding (including 2" velcro discs). A very good chance you'll speak with the owner, Ken. And if you have to leave a message, you'll definitely get a call back soon. Ken is always patient to understand what my needs are, before trying to sell me anything. He's even spent time over the phone with me while I asked him about high quality turning tools. I'll be a happy long-time customer!
