We ordered two logo vinyl decals, to be professionally installed by Velv at our storefront unit on our front doors from Edvard.

When the installer came on 4/21 to put the decals on, he ripped one of the letters (a "g") from the first logo and lost a small leaf off the 2nd logo. I texted Edvard photos of the damage, he said the installer would come back and fix them.

I followed up again via email on 4/26. He said it would be fixed. On 4/30, the installer came back to replace the "g" that he ripped from logo 1, but placed it lower than the other letters, making it misaligned and not true to the original graphic. He didn't try to fix the 2nd logo at all. I called Edvard on 4/30 to make sure this would be resolved. He told me that he was sorry and that both logo decals would be fixed that upcoming week.

It has now been 10 days since that call, and almost 3 weeks since we paid them (as of this review date.) Two damaged logos on our doors. I tried calling and texting Edvard today, no answer.

I found this company through Google. I contacted them and ask them how much would it cost me to redesigning my business cards and have them printed.they told me that if there is no major change they will do it for free which they did. They just had to change my phone number and email address on it. I was very satisfied with the quality work they did.thak you again will be back soon.
