We had such a wonderful experience with James and his daughter during our photography session! They were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. My son, who has autism, became overstimulated multiple times during the session, and James handled it with so much care and understanding. He took his time, gave my son time, and made sure my son felt comfortable. I also really appreciated that James asked thoughtful questions about the flash to ensure it wouldn’t be triggering for my son. That level of patience and compassion meant the world to me. The photos turned out beautifully, and we will definitely be returning for our next session. I highly recommend Upscale Photography for anyone looking for a photographer who is not only talented but also funny, warm and thoughtful.

My daughter was scheduled for senior pictures and boy, did we have fun at her session. The owner & his daughter Gabby were phenomenal. This was my 3rd time visiting Upscale for my high school graduates. Thank you again, we love the pics.

I scheduled an appointment with Upscale photography to get my son senior pictures done last week. They did a PHENOMENAL job! The customer service was great from the moment me and my son walked in. And Bree the photographer, I can’t thank her enough! She’s patient, she knows her stuff, and her ideas for every photo came out great. I definitely give Upscale 5 ⭐️. I can’t brag on Bree enough. My son doesn’t really care for pics but the way she worked with him, you would not even be able to tell. The pictures came out PERFECT!! We both loved them.Thanks again, and I look forward to booking more sessions with Upscale.

The picture was bad ,the lighting was inconsistent. The background remove was choppy.the outline was noticeable. And the angle Ling was bad.if I could give them a zero I would. For photography company they need to do some serious rethinking about there career

They charge us a late fee of $25 which is insane because nobody was even in the shop so we paid $75 just to get pictures taken and not have any photos definitely not what they advertise and we were only 10 minutes late due to traffic and charge an additional $25 if you can go somewhere else you should I would give it zero stars if I could this was for graduation pictures FYI the woman that was there was very unprofessional try to reprimand my wife for taking a picture like she’s a child very unprofessional and spoke down to her as well very non professional

If I could leave no stars, I would. This is not the first time that I had to hunt down my son's pictures after paying for them. I paid over a month ago online and have heard nothing from them. I called the studio and was told that they use a third party business to print the pictures and that I would receive them before Thanksgiving break, I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I'm not the only person at my son's school that has experienced their unprofessionalism either.
