I LOVE photographing wedding venues that have spacious landscape for gorgeous portraits as well as great locations for getting ready and hosting the event! The Country Club of the South is the perfect venue for any couple who wants a luxurious southern chic wedding day!

CCS is hands down my favorite venue for weddings. They are always professional and able to handle anything thrown their way. Rafael and Britney are two of the nicest people I have ever met in the wedding industry and I'm so thankful to know them. They truly can take the couple's vision and make it come alive. The food is always amazing, the service is top notch, and the venue is absolutely stunning. All of my couples have always raved about their entire experience with the club. They even have a beautiful villa to stay in for the night before which I highly recommend because you are right there at the club. If you are thinking about getting married at CCS, just do it! You will have the best wedding experience!

Rafael and CCS did an amazing job for my wedding on 11/18/23! 🙂 I had my reception at CCS and it is definitely the place to go to have a wedding. I definitely recommend having Rafael as CCS's venue coordinator. My coordinator, Southern Weddings and Rentals, and Rafael worked well to make my wedding very beautiful.

I was working on some network equipment. I have been to this place several times for jobs and have been all over the facility. Nicely appointed dining rooms, ballroom, balconies...overlooking the golf course ⛳️, driving range, terraces, places for weddings. The kitchen seems tidy and well equipped. Great place for entertainment.

This is place is beautiful. However, I would be hesitant to have a wedding here. We paid for an open bar with very little of the group drinking(we paid per guest non the less). The bar is was mainly empty since not a lot of folks drank. After a few drinks they started making rules about we cannot have drinks on the rocks and it had to be mixed. We paid for an open bar and tipped generously throughout the night for all the hard working bartenders. No one was sloppy and we were more polite than management. The bartenders were saying management said no more drinks and management said bartenders made the call. It seems like it was just a $$$ call. We paid for so many guests to have a great time but when we go beyond their "stock" they will make up rules to cut everyone off, even if everyone sober. Again, the venue was nice but management was really rude. When the guests are nicer and clamer than management, that's just not right. I wish the best for this club since it's beautiful but hopefully they can make the right changes to management.

I went to this establishment for work purposes. My understanding is that the cost is $100,000 annually to be a member. As my parents were members of Country clubs in the places that we lived growing up, I honestly didn't see anything that made this country club stand out from the others to which I've ever been. It was nice. Don't get me wrong. However, I don't think it's worth $100,000 a year.
