Took the 3 Developmentally Disabled adults I care for to a movie. Adam took great care of them, very patient taking & making their snack orders. They had a great experience.

Me, my mother and my children went to go watch the new wicked movie. We were all very excited to be seeing it in theaters as we rarely get to experience that due to us being Amish. Don’t tell the bishop but I allowed my daughters to wear in theme clothes for this special event. We all had on green or pink shirts and jeans. When we arrived however our joy quickly vanished as the worker informed us that the policy had changed and we would no longer get to choose our seats. Heartbroken we left and went to the great escape instead wich was MUCH farther out of our way. 😔

After standing in line for 25 minutes (it should’ve been about five minutes), we were told the movie we wanted to see was a private screening. It didn’t say this, of course, on the website, nor did anyone mention it while we stood in line with two small children (there was only one kids movie playing). No explanation, no apology. I will never go here again.

This is a quaint old fashioned theater all the theaters are small and not a lot of seats but thru get the job done. Hasn't been updated ever but they keep it clean and everyone was extremely nice and patient.

The theater itself is fine, however, waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get tickets…..not a great experience. It’s like that almost every time we go. I don’t understand why they don’t have a separate line for ticket purchases only. Also didn’t receive my discount because my phone number “wasn’t working” even though I advised the cashier that I normally use my email for Regal Crown Club.

I would like to dedicate 5 stars to the manager Ms.Alexia for patiently accommodating my family and I with our seating issue. Due to customers not seating in their designated seats, it caused my family and I not being able to sit in the seats we chose during our purchase. However, with Ms.Alexia’s assistance, she not only provided us a refund but we were able to catch the next show with more availability in seating. Thank you for your assistance and hard work! There was another worker that assisted us as well prior to getting the manger for further assistance. However, I was unable to get his name. Thank you for your assistance as well!
