What Yong says👇 I saw those frames at some exhibition and they looked nice, BUT... forget about getting any answer from these guys. I tried everything: social media messages, emails, calling - no reply. I’ve been trying for almost three weeks now to place my customized order. I agree to what have been said below: in case of some emergency you wont even be able to reach them, keep that in mind. I ended up going with another vendor.

Products look great, but customer support is something to be left desired. It has been near two weeks since I received my last response. Products look great, but if its this hard to receive answers to questions, I can't imagine when something goes wrong with the order. I will not be purchasing from this company. Looking elsewhere. Good luck to those that do.
