I typically do not leave negative reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience at Logos. I was told four stickers made to honor a family member who recently passed would be ready. Upon arrival nobody was at the front of the store after waiting about 7 minutes somebody finally came out. I waited an additional 20 minutes and was told the stickers were not ready. I was handed three of the four and the date of birth was incorrect. After mentioning this to the employee I waited an additional ten minutes for the error to be corrected. The employee then proceeded to say that was the date given to them implying it was not their fault (which is untrue I am certain the correct date was given to them). When I asked why I was called and told they were ready when in fact they were not she simply looked at me and shrugged then walked to the back. I was offered a $2 discount if I desired to make more stickers but after my experience here I will never be coming back, please beware. This kind of treatment is the last thing a person needs after recently losing a loved one. Extremely unprofessional and insensitive business. I even mentioned I had to attend a prayer service for my loved one afterwards but that did not stop them from taking quite a bit of time.

I have done business with logo express twice and both times I have had terrible experience. They're communication skills are terrible. The craftsmanship of their items is cheap.

The first time they made a custom order plaque for me, said they would call when it was completed, saying about a week. Waited almost two weeks, didn't hear anything so we called. They had the plaque waiting, we picked it up and the plaque is coming off the wood base on all 4 corners and had scratches all down the wood, they even tried to cover the scratches up with black permanent marker! We take it back to be redone and again a 2 week wait for us to call them back to check on our order.

Second was just an order of a hat they currently had out of stock, we paid for the hat when we ordered it, they said in about a week they will get the hat in, and they would call us when it arrived. A week passed, didn't get a call so we call them. Apparently there was never an order for our hat put in. So they put it in while on the phone. Another week is what they told us, again "we will call when the shipment arrives". Still no call the final week so we stop in, they have the hat. The size is incorrect.

Tired of doing business with a company that doesn't care about its customers.

As far as quality of work, I have no complaint. Pricing is not a problem. Those two factors are why they have 2 stars.
Now, customer service, delivery schedule, and overall bad attitude is why they have 2 stars.
We make orders from as few 10 shirts to our normal 100+. Shirts are promised in 7-10 days. We wait until day 11 and check. No shirts but they say they are working on them and they will be finished on Friday. Friday, we arrive and are told the shirts have not even arrived on the truck despite they were working on them (they say) days before. When they finally arrive, there were usually shirts missing or done incorrectly.
This became the normal course.
The straw that broke the camel's back, we are told on this past Friday when the shirts were promised, they would be ready Monday. Monday arrives, we are told they will be ready in the afternoon, send an employee to check at 4 pm and she is told the shirts are not finished again as promised, and that we should stop checking and they will call us. Needless to say, our business there is done and we will be moving to "fit to a tee printing".
We had gone to logo despite bad reviews in an attempt to support a neighbor business.
Lesson learned, heed Google reviews.

I wished I had checked the reviews before going with this company. The communication was terrible, and overall they seem extremely unorganized. Everytime I asked a question the personalways handed it off "Oh I wasn't the one who did that". I had two shirts screenprinted and the heat press MELTED large sections of the shirt. I called in and was told that "Oh, the person who did them isn't in right now." Played the blame game and finally ended up trying to blame me for not knowing that there was a chance the shirts could have been ruined. Terrible experience and two expensive shirts ruined. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get them back. Only to find them burned. Not a word was said about it when the order was delivered, like what did they think? We weren't going to notice? Terrible service.

A five star business with five star service!! Every order has been done exactly they way I ordered with the delivery arriving in a timely manner. There have even been several orders I've made where the delivery was even overnighted for a last minute purchase. Even being in Florida I will use Logo Express (out of Georgia) for all my club needs.
