Would love to come back again! Inside was very clean and organized. The employees were attentative and nice. I ordered a waffle cone. The ice cream was filled all the way to the bottom, was pleasantly sweet (not too much or too little), and the waffle cone was crispy/crunchy and still slightly warm. I'll probably come back for some chocolates next time!

Great experience and worth the drive. I took family for ice cream treat only to find Kilwins was much more. The treats were of much greater quality than like shops but still a great value. We'll definitely be back. FYI, the parking and associated pathways were very accessible which is always a consideration for us.

Loved it. Took the family here, 4 of us, which means as Dad, I got a chance to taste all the ice cream flavors we ordered. My favorite was the Rum Raisin, which is is amazing. The employees were very nice and patient with our young girls who took their time deciding on what ice cream to get. We also got some caramel popcorn and pecan brittle to go, which after tasting, I have refused to share with the rest of the family. We'll definitely be back. If you go, try the Rum and thank me later!

Where do I start?…The Ice Cream (especially the Georgia Peach!) and Fudge are second to none, they were absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, we have been there several times and each time every employee there makes sure you are being taken care of. The shop feels warm and welcoming when you enter and the wait times are minimal. The Owners has done a fabulous job, I would highly recommend stopping by and trying them out, you won’t be disappointed…..

The ice cream at Kilwins is simply outstanding! Their homemade waffle cones filled the store with an irresistible aroma, and the servers were incredibly patient as I sampled different flavors. The chocolate sea salt caramel ice cream was rich and perfectly balanced. Picked up some handmade chocolates too – the dark chocolate turtles are divine. The décor and friendly staff made the whole experience delightful. Will definitely be back!

Great customer service and friendly staff. You do have to try the flavors before getting it. Some taste different than how they look. You don't want to end up with something you won't like. The staff helped us try to find the right flavors and it was very appreciated.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I’m so happy Kilwins finally opened at collections. The atmosphere is amazing. The workers are so nice and helpful. These young ladies treated me with respect and kindness. The owners are very friendly and welcoming people. It’s a great place to go for dessert!

When I first walked in, I was greeted with warm welcomes and so many samples to try. The service was amazing and the lady that helped me out was so kind to me and my friends. I brought the chocolate covered sea salt marshmallow and a waffle ice cream. They gave such a generous amount of ice cream I almost didn’t know how to finish. Definitely recommend and im surely going to come again!
