Saw Teddy Swims here last Tuesday night in a top 10 concert experience of my lifetime. The acoustics are amazing. So tremendous Savannah has a larger capacity theater to be able to host quality acts like this. Unforgettable night, thank you JMCC🙏

This was an OK venue. However, people were mad when the concessions and alcohol stands shut down early. So at intermission, people rushed out for no reason, came back upset. And you cannot bring your purse, bags, lighters, or pretty much nothing at all in here.

Nice venue for a concert. Did not see a water fountain there. Bottled water is $3 a bottle and wine and mixed drinks are about $8 each. You can't bring any food or drinks into the place.
Parking is $5 which I consider a good price and it's close by.

It looks nice from the outside, but be aware, it’s flat. The seating is horrible. we purchased nutcracker tickets in row G, (aisle seats) and spent the entire first half of the performance staring at the back of some guys head who was realistically average height. We left at intermission. The costumes were great, but the experience was by far the worst nutcracker I’ve ever paid to see. The venue destroyed the performance. We’re not even going to discuss the sound quality. I gave it a two star because the performers can’t help the venue and it was clean.

Great show. Stomp...
Sound was good, seats were comfortable, but the view from the 10th row was not so good. The seating didn't angle enough so you are blocked from seeing if the person in front of you is taller. You can get in and out quickly. Bring a very small purse or you will have to pay $10 and leave it with a check person.

I read a couple of reviews that stated the sound quality wasn't good in the theater after the renovation, and I can agree. To me, it sounded very muffled. Thanks to true Jezzy fans, we knew the lyrics word for word.

Went to the Taylor Tomlinson show last night. I'm not sure if this older man..a security guard..was simply hired for the event, or actually works here at the Civic center, but he was rude when we asked him which way we go in at due to the baracade. He wouldn't even listen to our questions and got loud. The center itself seems okay.
