It really good fabric and foam store I uses this one for most fabric. They have great selection of faux fur and craft foam. I also recommend getting app there a bunch of coupons each week that I find handy.

Whatch out this pace is terrible sold my mom a bad machine went to return it and was told the didn't have enough money in the store to give her a refund and ask to come back later in day maybe they would have enough then my mom is 72 years old and we don't live near the store and wanted to charge a restock fee on a broken machine.... funny thing my mom did walk out of the store with the machine and say I'll pay you later in day ... so I got on the phone to get in touch with someone on hold for over 20 minutes and no one picked up ..... she will never buy anything form this company again.

While standing in line to make a purchase and pickup an online order we watched and heard the “manager” making an associate visible uncomfortable while she belittled an elderly woman for her confusion regarding a coupon. She also made a snarky remark regarding our order not being picked up yet. We marked it as “here” while waiting in line. To the manager - Lupe, I sincerely hope you see this and reevaluate your attitude towards your patrons and staff. I’m not sure how long you have been in a management position but I highly recommend management training.

It's been so long since I've been inside JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Buy one, get two free is right up my alley. Definitely going back. I need more shopping time.

The store is nothing like it used to be. It focuses way too much on the crafts. The fabric selection is not so good anymore and the prices have been raised way too high. Especially, when you can go to other stores in town and get the same fabrics for less than half price. There are some nice people that work there but other than that it's just a store to stop by and get a spool of thread or quick pattern when they're on sale.

Friendly staff, good selection of fabric, crafty items galore.
For us the best part was we could bring in our dog 🐕, understanding that if he had an accident that we'd clean it, which has never been a problem. We love dog friendly stores.
