We have had two great experiences with Jenna. She is very talented! Today we did a family photo session with my 2.5 year and 4 month old. She was amazing with my older son. He started being very uncooperative ( refusing to smile or take a picture with the baby) and she was patient and kind in with him, even giving him hugs and tickling his toes to make him smile. She went above and beyond to help us try to get him to smile and take a photo with his little brother. She took photos in multiple places so we could have options and was attenative to details like my hair and my kid's shirt being untucked after he was jumping around. She is kind, caring and she made what was becoming a stressful situation (because of my son's mood) fun. We really appreciate the professionalism and can't wait to see the photos!
