I am heartsick over our experience with their photo restoration services. In April 2022, I brought to them a military photo of my father in Vietnam. It is a wonderful photo but is badly faded. Image Doctor said they could restore the photo so they took a scan of it. I received the corrected photos a couple of weeks later. The face did not look at all like my father. My husband thought it was a picture of of Glen Campbell, who looks nothing like my dad! I am not upset that they got the face wrong. But what has transpired since has cause tremendous stress.

I reached out to Scott and told him the face was off. I asked him if it would help if I sent him a clear photo of my dad's face taken within a few years of the faded pic. Although he seemed upset, he did say he could correct it with an additional photo so I scanned one and emailed it over. Since then, I cannot get this company to respond to me or communicate with me at all. It is now September, no picture, no communication, and no idea what's going on. When I am able to reach him after repeatedly calling, he seems to not know who I am or what I'm talking about, then I have to explain all of this to him again, then he is irritated and tells me how backed up they are. I am at my wits end. At this point, I'd just like to get back the $300 I paid for this service. It is a lot of money for such poor service! I would like to submit a complaint through BBB so I can at least try to get resolution but they are not in the BBB database. Maybe he is just a sensitive man, easy to upset if you are not thrilled with the result, but he will certainly keep your money with fulfilling his agreement! I'd pick a more professional restoration company if I were you.
