had to take my daughter instrument in. I must admit I was afraid of what the cost would be. The owner tested my daughters' saxophone, gave my suggestions and advice. I paid $0 for it. I love good customer service. This is my go to now!

These folks are top notch, and they ardently stand behind their repair work. My daughter was having valve sticking issues w/ her euphonium. The shop requested that we bring the horn back in when we let them know that one valve was till occasionally sticking. Not only did they do some reinforcing work on the nearby tubing, but they refused any additional payment, even though they were addressing a combination design/player issue.
They also blessed us with a great deal on a Barrington tenor sax!

The people in the store make this a wonderful place to visit. I can walk through each violin shop comfortably. I also get the opportunity to order items and they notify me as soon as they are available. I appreciate the quick response to finding the price tag or pricing for items that may have been put out without a tag.

Your store is always organized and again because of the friendly staff there you make it a very pleasurable experience you make it so that I enjoy coming and being a part of the process.
