Took excessively long to frame my print. I gave it to them in March and they took until August. They were hard to contact by phone. At one point I assumed they went out of business, because I went by a couple times and no one was there, and they wouldn't answer their phone. They returned my calls twice over the period telling me it would be done soon and then would go radio silent.

Their frame and matting selection is limited.

I don't think they value their customers, nor take their business seriously. I'd rather go to Michael's in Jax than here again, and that really says something. You assume with a local store you'd get better service than a chain. Not true here.
