If you’re looking for a reliable company that keeps there word please don’t waste your time shopping around and just come here. Not only did they communicate with me about the order I wanted, but they had my order ready in record time( actually 2 days early) and within an hour of my drop off. This is truly unheard of and puts them well above their competitors. Thanks again Jeff, Michelle, and Brittany.

I have used them twice, once for embroidery for the prep academy and the other time for a yard sign, four to be exact. Their prices are great as well as their work craftsmanship and they always exceeded the expected turnover time. For instance, the yard sign was called in on a Thursday and it was ready for pickup the next day. Look at my face in the photo, ecstatic with the service!

The service process is not customer friendly. I contacted the company via telephone to inquire about embroidery service. I was quoted a price
that seemed equitable for the small service I was requesting.

I dropped my items off right at 5:00 PM with their closing time 5:30 PM I was told that I would receive an email the next day. *Apparently, staff members are only limited to five minutes per customer*. We put something down on paper and I was told that I would receive an email the next day. When I received the email the next day with ONE design that, I did not necessarily like after seeing it on screen. I asked for changes and everything I suggested was met “I haven’t seen that or I wouldn’t recommend that”… none of which were ever put on screen for me to determine if I (the paying customer)liked it or not. I spent 15-20 minutes on the phone without being given the opportunity to see another design on screen…in addition to being told I would be charged an additional fee for spending “too much” time talking through the design with me. This was given the justification that the “boss” doesn’t allow them to spend a lot of time with customers because “time is money” and they have “other work to do”.

The process was so frustrating that I ended up picking up my items and taking them to another company with better customer service principles.

I do you want to note that did not receive “rude” customer service but the customer service principles are laughable at best. I don’t think it’s understood that just because you’re not rude does not mean that you’re providing good customer service, being unhelpful, resistant to change, not accommodating and unknowledgeable without the willingness to learn are also displays of poor customer service.

I am a firm, believer and supporting small businesses, however in this case if I could give zero stars and still write a review, I would based on my experience….0/10 DO NOT recommend this company.

These guys are my go-to when I need company shirts, hats, etc. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they take their time with you to make sure you get a quality product. Some of their competition falls short of that.
If you want fast turn around, quality prints/embroidery, and friendly folks to talk to - this is the place to go!

I requested shirts made with some pictures. When I got them back they were awful. The background on the photos blended with the color of the shirt. When I asked if it could be redone I was told I would have to pay the total price again. If this is their expertise I would have expected for someone to call me and explain how the shirt would turn out after doing the mock up and give me their professional recommendation to make shirt turn out better.

I had a wonderful experience with Graphic X-pressions! The staff was very kind and accommodating. I waited last minute to have a project done, but the staff was able to complete my project in less than 24 hours! So thankful. Will definitely be back.
