Absolutely not. If you're going to publish your hours as 9am-6pm you need to honor them. I arrived at 2:05pm on a Wednesday and the store was closed. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed for lunch until 3:15pm. Since when does a FedEx close during the day? And why does lunch take more than one hour? This is an awful way to run a business. Stop locating your stores in Walmarts. They are inconvenient and clearly poorly run.

Very unprofessional. Tuesday hours on Google and also on store hours says 9 to 6, but they abruptly closed at 2 pm for lunch and reopening at 3.15 pm. See pictures. This is inside Walmart, and I went just for FedEx by looking at hours. Too much hassle and disappointment.

Not punctual at all, they went for lunch break and suppose return by 3:15 but after 30 minutes waiting at that place after 3:15 nobody showed up.

I had lots of trouble getting a few print outs. I understand the tech constraints but the person that was working there was so rude that she just dismissed my feedback. I was not even complaining

I have dropped off packages at this location twice not . Both time I had good experience. This time is was helped by Sam eventhough they were very busy, Service was great.

Avoid using the Peachtree Parkway Walmart location at all costs, and I strongly advise against choosing any facility associated with the Braselton distribution center. In a regrettable attempt to save a mere 5 minutes, I made the colossal mistake of dropping off my large box at this particular Walmart. Although the package was picked up the following day, it took the FedEx Ground driver an ENTIRE MONTH to deliver it to the next station, which happened to be the Braselton distribution center. Frustratingly, I almost lost hope during this period and initiated the claim process, only to have it denied for a seemingly trivial reason. It was only after a month that my box was finally delivered, leaving me bewildered as to why the driver held onto it for such an extended period without any apparent accountability.
