I had my 5 year old’s photoshoot done today, it was an hour and a half drive (I didn’t mind because I knew the photos are going to turn out incredible!) and my little one didn’t stop talking about how much she loved Bobbie! We are family from South Florida. Who drove 10 hours in the hopes someone would capture my vision on lens. Where to begin. She was easy to communicate with, not being from GA she was resourceful and helpful. Then the day came for the photo shoot. What a delight! She is not only a professional but an amazing eye to detail.
She brought to life my vision. Every second of the drive with a Mastiff and 2 boys asking are we there yet was worth it! God bless you. Highly recommend!!

Bobbie was doing my sons lillte league pictures. Never have I been in a situation were my son and I were treated so poorly. He even looked at me at one point and said “why is she yelling at everyone”. Granted it was hectic and kids were every where. But that is no excuse to treat customers with such disrespect. I did not even purchase the images cause I was so angry at how we and others around us were being treated. Several other parents just walked out without having their child’s picture made. If you sign up to work with small children you should be kind, fun and ready for the challenge. Specially if your doing an entire little league. Seems like maybe family photography isn’t her thing and that’s ok. Just next time let someone who it is their thing do it so I can have memories captured!

Edit: In response to her comment on this review, I want to say that nearly all of what she said was false. Furthermore, her attack on my character over a review of her business is inexcusable. Several times, she suggested that I wasn't working because I called during my short break, commented on a personal day off of work, and asked my wife to handle her Facebook messages. Then, she complained that I sent a FB message after hours. I'm not sure when she customers to contact her if she tries to get them fired for contact during the day and complains about contact after hours. She keeps claiming that I am bothering her and will not stop. I called her cell once when I didn't know that it was her cell. I apologized when she complained. She texted my cell, and I responded to her text with two short messages. That was my only contact with her cell number. I have sent a total of 6 Facebook private messages, most of them responding to her messages. She sent me 7 messages. My only other contact has been to leave reviews, which is my right as a consumer. Perhaps she bullied other customers into deleting bad reviews.

We had issues with our son's Little League photo orders. First, we accidentally checked that we wanted 8x10 team pictures instead of the 8x10 individual photos that we needed. I thought that we had ordered individual photos. I tried to talk calmly about this, but the photographer became very defensive and very angry very quickly. She wouldn't exchange the photos or sell us new ones at a discounted price. We are going to have to pay full price for the pictures that we needed to fix the mistake. I understand that this was our mistake, but it would have cost her very little to exchange two photos. We wouldn't have minded paying a reduced printing fee and turning in the wrong pictures.
The "memory maker" was another issue. When we showed up to take the photos and asked what it was, we were shown a picture containing a team photo alongside large individual pictures. It seemed like a way to have a picture of our son along with the team photo. What we actually received looked terrible. It has a large team photo with a tiny box containing our son's individual picture. It is one of the worst picture presentations that I have ever seen and looked nothing like the product that I was shown by her staff. When I asked about the difference, she said that the one that we were shown by her staff was an old frame and not what was used for Habersham County. The Habersham one was available online, so it didn't matter that her staff showed us the wrong picture. Since we were shown the wrong product, I said that I wanted to exchange that for a picture that didn't look so bad. She said, "you chose a product; we delivered that product, so you don't have any reason to complain." It was something like that. Every time that I tried to explain that the product was misrepresented, she repeated that line.
I have never worked with a photo studio or photographer that did not guarantee their work or try to fix mistakes. It costs so little to do and it helps ensure that customers will return in the future. I didn't ask for a refund for the difference between the memory maker and a cheaper photo that would have looked better--I didn't ask for much at all. I just wanted the product that was misrepresented to be replaced with something that I will actually be able to hang on the wall instead of throw into the trash. She made no effort to work with me or find a mutually beneficial solution. She implied that I was the only one who was unhappy and that she had received "rave" reviews from the board. Overall, she seemed quite smug, as if she were incapable of producing a product that would make someone unhappy.
This is all on top of how brash she was as we were taking the photos. I know that photographers have to be direct, but she was over the top. Even one of her employees sort of whispered to me, saying "she's going to have to calm down." That brashness continued into our phone conversations as I had to practically yell in order to be heard over her.

This is the first time getting family photos done and I am blown away at how beautiful that turned out. I didn't realize how important it is to spend the money on photos as I do now. These memories will last forever and go on my walls at home.
