Depending on how you break it down, Eastman Theater can either refer to the grand baroque Kodak Hall or the entre building, which houses 3 total performance halls, including Kilbourn Hall and Hatch Hall. Either way, this building is the jewel of the prestigious Eastman School of Music and of Rochester downtown.

This was the first time we saw a show for the RPO and the show was outstanding! There were many different age groups and everyone was having a great time! We saw The New Wave show that was finomimal, awesome show with the RPO and singers! We will definitely see another performance there! A side note, there is a little "concessions" area to buy coffee $3, tea $3 candy bars, chips, beer $10, wine $10. You cannot bring the drinks in the theater only bottled water.

Beautiful venue for concerts or special shows. Acoustics excellent.
Not giving five stars only due to a few minor issues. There are no signs telling where the box office is located, and the many stairs which present a bit of a challenge to some. Ushers plentiful to help find seats. Great experience overall

Saw Lindsay Stirling here and there wasn't a bad seat in the house. The audio volume was just right. Good popcorn!

I have loved every performance seen here, and am incredibly grateful to be coming back to live performances again, after COVID. So thankful for individuals that work so hard to develop talents and share them with the world.
