This place is amazing. I have only been once but it blew my husband and my mind. I had been looking for a ballerina ring for months but couldn’t find one that I liked anywhere. They had 2 of them in store so I drove over an hour to visit them. I looked for over an hour at the jewelry and my husband was entertained the entire time looking at things that interested him. I decided to buy one of the two rings and asked if I could do layaway since it would be a few days before I get my next check. She offered for me to take the ring with me and make the rest of the payment on my payday. I was so thrilled that she trusted me enough to do this and I trusted her with my card info. They made me feel like we had been lifelong friends. This isn’t even the best part!!! After paying my ring off, I took it to a local jeweler to have it resized and he appraised my ring. I spent $1250 on it and it was appraised for $3500 to $4000. You can really tell that they love what they do and want to make the customer happy. They have earned a customer for life.

Stopped here during a road trip and so glad we did. Found a wedding band that matches my engagement ring perfectly (and a few other goodies). Wish they were close by- I would shop there every chance I got. Hope to pop back in if I’m ever in the area!

Joanne was so kind and considerate of us when we came to her with my great grandmother and my grandmother’s original engagement rings that I wanted to get made into one ring for me for our 10th wedding anniversary. She helped us find the perfect ring and was able to move our diamonds into the ring and customized it so that it would be even. It is more than I could have ever imagined. I’m so happy! I took those rings to another dealer a couple weeks before and was given super limited options. So grateful we went with Dusty Diamond!

I love browsing at the Dusty Diamond! Since they aren't open set hours, I follow them on Facebook and when I'm in Douglas and they are open, I always try to stop in and see what treasures they have found. No two trips are the same, so if you see something you want, you had better get it while you are there.

I went in Dusty Diamond looking for a pot and left with 2 pair of gold and diamond earrings!! There were so many things in there I wanted I had to stop myself. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable about their items. I have already been in there twice and will be going again.
