If I could give this place negative stars I would. I received a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day. I was shown what they should look like and you see from the picture they look nothing like it. The note is attached to a flower stem. Who does that! There were only 4 roses in the entire bouquet. It looks like they ran out of flowers and on the way to my house to deliver, so they filled the rest in with shrub leaves, ferns, and weeds off the side of the highway like I wouldn’t notice. They didn’t trim the leaves from the stems in the vase either so the water is just dirty leaf water.

You all should be ASHAMED! People are entrusting you to brighten up someone’s day & you are doing just the opposite and embarrassing people with these catfish arrangements. You can see by the reviews that you have a quality and customer service issue. I highly suggest you fix it.

Just received these yesterday and the roses are basically on their last day…. When they arrived we were all confused why somebody would send dead flowers. Sad that that’s how I received my Valentines roses 🙁 💔 wanted to add that they came 3 days after paid delivery date. Never using this place again

Scammed out of flowers on Valentine’s Day. Ordered 2 different flowers and only delivered one. Said bother were delivered. After calling to a full voicemail and emailing to a full inbox I finally got a gal on the phone 2 weeks later. Said she was going to send it to me and she found the order. Here we are with no flowers, no refund, and still no answering. Scam. BBB is my next stop.

They were likely overwhelmed but should have been able to set boundaries or at least notify customers.
Walked into my office this morning to find Valentine flowers that were supposed to have been delivered two days ago. The flowers are pretty but showing age and signs that the arrangement was created days ago. My poor husband kept trying to show me that they were supposed to be delivered in time. I think he felt worse than me -- its a pretty big mess up. Two days later there is a huge HAPPY VALENTINES DAY balloon attached to these flowers - they could have at the very least changed out the balloon. I will not use this florist again based on poor customer service.

I ordered flowers for my husband's birthday today and it showed delivered an hour back. It's not there anywhere and the lady owner is not even ready to resolve the issue, I think I should have taken reviews seriously. I see it's very low but I still took a chance and now my husband's birthday and money wasted. I had to give 1 star just to post this. Otherwise it's zero. When I Emails to enquire it says inbox full and she has blocked my number because I am asking for status.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend had ordered me a bouquet for Valentine’s Day. Surprise, the never came! But what was weird is that is was marked as delivered. Thinking is was a simple address mix up I call the florist and the woman who owns it (I believe) picked up and was SO. UNSERIOUS. She finally found my order and said “oh yeah I never got it” and I said “what do you mean it was marked delivered” and she said “well my computer wasn’t on when the order was placed so the order never printed and I never saw it… maam this is not 2004 that excuse is invalid. Regardless why was it marked delivered? She couldn’t tell me. And didn’t apologize for her mess up once. I request for a refund instead of the bouquet and she refunds for less than the amount that was paid. Don’t waste your time and just go somewhere that knows how to run a business.

Never delivered but notified my husband that they did. When they did deliver the following day, it wasn’t even close to what was ordered and looked half spilled, and a mess. They used a flower stem to tape the card to, lol. Paid $160.00 for what would cost $25 at the grocery store. They take no pride in their product or service. Terrible. They clearly stay in business only due to online companies like 1-800-flowers cutting a deal with them. They should be embarrassed.

I received an expensive arrangement from my son Monday evening. The roses were already showing age on them as were other flowers in the arrangement. I called the number on the note card the next day and spoke to a co-owner of the shop and she said she would get back to the shop look at the record and make it right I waited two days and made a phone call and she was very apologetic and said she would send something out on Friday as a replacement because I will see my son and I want him to see a beautiful arrangement not one that is dying. What was sent to me today did not even include a single rose. Very very disappointed with this florist. Don’t use.
