It took me some time to write this review because I wanted to make sure I captured the feelings and experiences I had.

We had the pleasure of hosting a family and friends celebration at Chateau 1870 on December 31st, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful and convenient setting that made everything flow perfectly. The parking spaces right in front of the entrance are perfectly aligned. Arlene and family were incredibly inviting and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She took the time to understand what our vision was and helped us make it come to life. We had constant communication and she was very responsive when I had any questions.

During or event, we had a live band, singers perform, and a photobooth. The space accommodated them beautifully, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The kitchen setup was also incredibly convenient, making it easy to serve family style and enjoy our meal without any hassle.

Their warm hospitality and attention to detail ensured that our event was seamless and special. At midnight, we had our toast as we praised gratefully into the new year.

I highly recommend Chateau 1870 to anyone looking for a stunning venue with outstanding service!

AMAZING experience at Chateau 1870!! All the staff went above and beyond to make my parent’s 25th anniversary party a night to remember. Arlene had the venue looking beautiful before we arrived and then helped us set up our own decorations!

So many guests complemented the venue and my parents loved the history of the house! The ballroom fit all 35 guests comfortably and the upstairs lounge was lovely for appetizers and wine!

Celebrated a 70th birthday here the other night. Chateau is such an awesome space to celebrate anything g special. Multi floors with endless opportunities to entertain and delight guests. So awesome! So fabulous! SO AMAZING!!!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting my father's 80th birthday at Chateau 1870. We toured many different types of venues for our event and none compared to this beautiful, historic home.
The owners, James and Arlene, were phenomenal! They were so warm and welcoming and treated us like family - only better! They were on top of everything and always willing to help with whatever we needed. It was also so nice to have the entire venue at our disposal since there are so many areas for guests to enjoy.
We were able to use their multiple screens for a slideshow, to create a welcome sign, and to stream videos. Their sound system allowed us to play music, have speeches, and sing karaoke.
There is even a shower on site that was utilized during our time.
The price was surprisingly very affordable and the perfect size for our small gathering.
I highly recommend Chateau 1870 and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

We enjoyed a birthday party at the Chateau and everything was simply gorgeous! There were multiple spaces for guests to enjoy themselves. I would definitely recommend it for your future events!!

Arlene & James did such an amazing job! Their professionalism and service was top tier. They ensured that the party went on without any issues. James even ran out to the store to purchase salad dressing for us! The space is so beautiful and eccentric! I’ll definitely be using this for events in the near future. Very highly recommended if you’re into classy settings.

First-class, distinctive, memorable and top-notch! I couldn't choose the best word to describe how impressed my co-host and I, along with our 20 guests felt about our recent experience at Chateau 1870 at CircaSpaces, so I decided to use them all!
