MOO ALWAYS COME THROUGH!!! VERY EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE!! I CAN CALL 2 HOURS BEFORE AN EVENT AND EITHER HE’S GOING TO SHOW UP OR SEND SOMEONE… AND THE BEST OART IS HE SNAPS THROUGH THE WHOLE EVENT… YOU END UP WITH 590 QUALITY PICS!! I WOULDN’T USE A SOUL ELSE FOR MY SPECIAL EVENTS…

I Absolutely DO NOT recommend Capture Life Studios of Savannah GA and am very disappointed that I was a patron of a black business with this type of business ethic. I have been waiting on my photo book from my birthday celebration since April. This book was part of a package that I paid for in full. I have contacted this business several times regarding when I should expect to receive my photo book. Although their admin has responded to me and admittedly had several conversations with the photographer (Ajamu) he has still not contacted me to resolve this issue. I'm very reasonable and willing to just have a conversation about what is going on, but it is apparent that this business owner is unprofessional and a thief when dealing with his customers. I have reached out to them again today August 2nd 2023 and no response. This company gives reputable, black business owners a bad reputation. Stay far from this company they will take your money and not give you all of what you've pay for!!!
