Ok so I have to say Ryan is absolutely the best. I got into a situation with my remote job where they required me to have a hard wired connection and wifi connections were not going to work.

In any case, I called Ryan and he seriously was at my door within 10 mins and within the hour we had the issue resolved so that I could get to work.

I know timing was everything however this was unbelievable. Thank you very much!

Ryan upgraded my wireless camera setup for my dock, wow, amazing, considering how far off the water i am! I’m blazing with wifi down there now. He also set up a private network and a guest network. Highly recommend.

I had hired Cable-South to install some security cameras that I previously owned on a new house. They did the install in Nov 2020, but two cameras weren't working properly. I worked with Ryan and he agreed to come back when the replacement cameras arrived and he'd install them "quickly and no problem." I paid the invoice in full. A few weeks later the new cameras arrived and I text Ryan trying to get them back. The first text was Dec 18th, no response. I checked in again on Jan 27th and he responded, "let me check." I followed up again on Feb 2nd and I got the reply, "Will see. Working all week." Checked in again on Feb 16th and got the reply "Man, it's gonna be tough, really slammed.." Yet again I text on March 2nd and got the response, "You don't have those hung yet, let me see." Finally, after much frustration, I checked with him again on the 8th and he agreed to come out in the afternoon, but would need to charge another service fee. When I reminded him that he agreed to put up the remaining cameras as part of the first install, his response was "don't recall that, costs money to roll our trucks." I reminded Ryan that I've been waiting since December for him to finish the job they started and if there would have been additional costs invoiced, he had months to mention that, which he didn't. Very poor communication and refused to honor what we agreed to. Would not use them again given this experience.
