Great experience with photo shoot for my rising senior this past weekend. Everyone was polite and easy to understand even though there were many of us there at one time. Clearly, there was a system in place and our time was valued. Photographers were professional and upbeat, making the entire experience positive. Would highly recommend!

My daughter decided to change her outfit the morning of pictures. She had picked the background based on the original outfit. I sent a contact form on their website asking if I can change the background selection and got no response. I emailed and originally was met with less than great service. Lauren saw my review and requested I call. She was able to assist me and correct the issue. Thank you!

My son is in Kindergarten and both his fall and spring pictures with BPI turned out so great. They were also easy to order and came quickly. We have loved seeing how he has changed this school year!

This is the first year my kids had their pictures to be done by this company. I feel they are the worst. My daughters pictures was sent to someone else and I received an adults pictures in place of hers.
My 2 boys were refused to be allowed to get their pictures done by the company while they were at the school.
I have been trying to deal with this situation since August with no refund and no pictures. Erin Middleton assured me at retake they would be done but apparently the company canceled but did not make students or parents aware with no plan to retake.

I would never use them out side of this being school scheduled. And the only choice for school pictures due to their unprofessionalism by turning kids away who had paid to their false promises. Them not paying attention to details and making sure pictures are distributed to the proper person. not just sending random photos with no disregard to child safety.

BPI is such a breath of fresh air when it comes to my kiddos senior photos! They have been photographing my 4 kids since kindergarten and they were my definite go to when it came to their senior pictures!! All 4 of my kids pictures came out amazing and they were a dream to work with!! I cannot recommend BPI enough for your senior pictures AND your senior yard signs!!

As a student ambassador for BPI I absolutely loved the service! Everyone there was so welcoming and took their time in taking each photo with so much support. It’s such an amazing atmosphere to be in, especially when taking photos. BPI made my senior photos unforgettable!
