first time mom here! i was actually a few minutes late & the way our lady was waiting on us with smiles & care (i was so frustrated because i dislike being late to things) helped me feel so much more happy! also, a young girl was training and was so kind the whole way through, both of them deserve the world! i bought package 3, it doesn’t come with a video, but i suggest you purchase the video for only $28 (with tax) !! and lastly, the experience was so sweet, my babygirl was stubborn & didn’t wanna move her hand out her face, but this lady was so kind, patient & goofy about it to help me not get so overwhelmed about the time frame we were on, we got amazing pictures & i will definitely be coming back for my second child!

So disappointed with my session. The tech was super nice with greeting me etc however I was told that I had a rare occurrence where my little one was positioned where his head/face was not fully visible. Therefore, I would need to come back for a rescan--which would be an additional $35. My session literally felt like 25 minutes for the packaged price of $135 .. with the result of a foot picture. I declined coming back because as an expectant mother trying to save money for leave, I would assume that I would not be charged an additional fee for something out of my control. Now, if at the next short session, my little one still was not positioned at a optimal viewing, then I could see being charged for any subsequent visits.. The tech could sense my disappointment and after leaving, the owner called me to assure me that the additional fee was included in the policy for rescans and in comparison to how I would be managed at a doctor's office, I should see how it's a great deal and opportunity.. well I wish I would've said, ma'am I have health insurance so I'm not having to come out of pocket for sonograms and my understanding of a sonogram at the doctors office is to check on the well being of my little one not to get HD images . However, I did not. I said my loss i guess, thanks for calling me to let me know your policy. She then went on to say, well follow us on Facebook and I may do a owners special soon and then Ill let you come back for a free session. I said thank you and ended the call. There was no guarantee just a maybe, so I just overall feel disappointed and wanted to share my experience with Baby Bloom 🌸🍼
