have delt with this company for over 7 years, and never had an issue and when I did they made it right, I placed an order, and took several months to pick up the order, and I placed another order and told them I needed to pay for the other order. when I went to pay for both orders, they ran the card with no problem, then said "we threw the other order away." They had no issue taking the money, and no issue with giving me no product. straight up stole the money. So having to take legal action.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused, and we truly value the long-term relationship we've had with you.

(When I brought up the length of years I had done business with you, you didn’t seem to care and even expressed that over the phone.)

To clarify the situation: after several months of attempting to reach you via phone and email, we had no choice but to dispose of the flyers and posters related to your event, as they were time-sensitive and included a specific date. As we mentioned in an email on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 12:08 PM (around the time when you placed your new order), we had already discarded the previous order due to the lack of communication and pickup.

( I have every email exchange and I just looked back, and not one time did you ever mention that you “discarded” my order. That was never mentioned.)

The materials were no longer relevant to the dated event,

(I have several hundred posters from 70s, 80s, 90s, etc the date of the event has no relevance to if I still wanted them or not.)

and we needed to free up space in our storage,

( I apologize 65 pieces of paper where taking up so much space for a few months)

as they had been taking up room for an extended period without any response from you.

When you came in to pay for both the old and new orders, we processed the payment for the new order, but unfortunately, we could not fulfill the original order as the materials had already been discarded, as we had communicated earlier.

(Again that was NEVER mentioned in any conversation. It was not mentioned until after the payment was processed, and we asked for the Merchandise. When I asked why we were not told it was thrown away before we paid, you said and I quote “You didn’t pick them up, so we threw them away”)

This situation could have been avoided with a response to our numerous attempts to contact you about picking up the order we had ready for you.

We understand this situation is frustrating, and we regret that it has led to confusion. We always strive to maintain clear communication and meet our customers' expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings.

If you'd like to discuss this further or have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this and ensure your satisfaction moving forward.

(I really do wish this had been your stance and attitude on this situation when we came in to pay for the bill, instead of acting like you cared nothing about our business dealings over several years and just saying “oh well”)

Taylor made my day. We were having Internet issues in the office. I needed to get a FedEx label printed. She took time out of her busy day to print one solitary piece of paper. That’s the kind of people that I want to do business with.

Today was the second and last time I will use this printing service. I sent something in to be printed and laminated. I detailed in the email containing the document that there were three pages and that they needed to be printed in the format in which I sent. Taylor, the person with whom I spoke on the phone, specifically requested that the document be sent as a Microsoft word document in order to ensure accuracy. When I got there, after I was already charged, I was handed two of the three pages and they were printed incorrectly. I was told that I need to go back home, which is a 30 minute drive, resave the documents as a PDF, send them again, then drive 30 minutes back. They certainly don't value anyone's time or gas money and they did not offer me a refund for the incorrectly printed two out of three pages that I sent them. So I've lost an hour out of my life, a few bucks in gas, the printing fee, and I have no documents printed.

Jesse, Ty, and Belle always make sure we have such an incredible experience. Great customer service, extremely easy to work with. They help walk you through the entire process from start to end. We have placed several large orders with them for all three of our stores and they have always gotten them completed in a short turn around time. They are great about staying in contact with us throughout the process and letting us know immediately if there are any unexpected issues or delays. I would not trust any other printing company with our printing needs. I highly recommend All Service Printing!

I needed a poster printed and flyers made for a charity event that was pretty short notice. The team at All Service did a great job and really helped me out with a faster than normal turn around. I had done business with them prior to this experience, and everything was fine, but I needed a family history book printed. I brought it in to the staff member in separate pdf files. he assumed me that he would merge the files and print my book. When I picked it up the pages were completely out of order. After some back and forth communication I have ended up with a stack of book pages that I will have to arrange in numerical order and then get the book bound. I still don't know why he couldn't get the files in the same order that I gave them.
