My son has been a member here for a year and a half. This place has taught him great manners and discipline. It make you feel like family here. Had his first birthday party here it was awesome the kids had a great time. Will do it again. Thanks for the great time.

Master Buie and the incredible crew of Instructors have been so helpful, supportive and encouraging to our grandson, Jackson.
He has learned so much, made friends and increased his confidence.

My son Connor has been training with TXBBA for 4 1/2 years. He started when he was 10. At the time he was very shy and did not exude a lot of self-confidence. TXBBA provides discipline, but where I've really seen Connor grow is in his self-confidence - which is evident in his personal karate training, in school, and now as an instructor through the TXBBA CIT (Certified Instructor Training) program. He's developed valuable life skills that will help him for the rest of his life. He currently holds a first degree black belt and is working towards a 2nd degree black belt. I never would have guessed that 4 1/2 years ago, when we began this journey, that Connor would be standing on the mat in front of adults, his peers, and lower ranked students as an instructor. Now, when he helps the master instructors on the mat, he lights up. I know that every family has financial limitations, but I believe karate is worth the investment because the dividends will pay off for years to come. Amazing facility and staff. My son is shy, but since we started karate and jujitsu, he’s become more confident. They teach you to have self- discipline and to respect others, which is so vital, especially in this day, and age 5 stars.

You can tell that the team at Texas black belt Academy in Midlothian really cares about their kids! They have been nothing but kind and helpful with my son over the past two years. All the teachers have been great and have given my son lots of positive reinforcement which has really helped with his confidence.

I've visited this establishment a couple of times and I must say.. This is one of the most Friendliest, cleanest, and welcoming gyms I've ever visited. All the staff members have always been very attentive.. If your child(ren) are shy or have difficulty opening up in general.. This is the place that will give them all the confidence they need..

Our family loves TXBBA Midlothian. The transformation we’ve seen in our boys is incredible. They’re becoming leaders right in front of our eyes. Mr. Hash is a phenomenal instructor! He’s knowledgeable, patient, firm and kind. Our boys absolutely adore him and he is such a great role model for the kids! We are so happy to be part of such an awesome karate family!
