Country Creek Club Hoa - Davie, Florida

I have no idea where is the money going? This HOA club looks abandoned!!! I do not have access to check the public bathrooms and the areas near the pool but if someone has, please add photos to this HOA ‘s review to show to the rest the world. The HOA collects money from the people that live there and everyone knows they get a huge chunk of money every time they collect it. But it doesn’t reflect on how the public area, specifically the pool area looks like. If you walk around it you will see broken fences, old faded signs, rusty pipes, cracks everywhere on the walking areas, it just doesn’t make sense! -“ Please like and follow me to find out what other HOAs are doing great and which ones are just not doing their job. “- thank you 🙏.

hoa shame on you illegally towing peoples cars at 3 am to generate money bunch of people with no sense on hoa (act towing )stole more then 7 cars yesterday illegally towing them they come at night to screw the people who live here
